Mori Tersigni – Founder, President and CEO
With over 25 years of telecom experience, Mori is the Founder, President and CEO of Mtrex Networks. He is a seasoned Sales Executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in sales, marketing and operations. Mori gained his telecom expertise during his tenure at two major telecom companies in Canada – Bell Canada and Rogers. Most recently, Mori was Director – Large Enterprise Sales at Rogers Business Solutions and prior to that he was Account Vice President, Bell Nexxia. Mori continues to drive for excellence in building a company that exceeds customers’ expectations.
Carlo Lappano – Chief Operating Officer
Carlo joins Mtrex with over 25 years of experience in Operations, Sales, Marketing and Business Development. At Robert Bosch Inc., a global leader in consumer products and services, Carlo successfully led the development and execution of national marketing and sales programs for individual retailers as well as mass merchandisers such as Canadian Tire Corp., Home Depot, Rona, and others.
As Founder and President of Trion Industries, Carlo established best practices for customer service, product warranties, and order fulfillment. He established retail and wholesale capabilities along with key partnerships and agreements with national and global manufacturers. His expertise has allowed Trion to flourish and grow for over 22 years, and continues to operate today.
Carlo’s experience in customer service has been instrumental in developing strong partnerships with equipment and service providers.
Rosemary Zigrossi- Acting Chief Financial Officer
Rosemary thrives in entrepreneurial and start up situations. She has worked alongside management of start ups assisting them with strategy, operations and finance. During her almost 20 years at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Rosemary held various roles. She was responsible for initiating and developing the Venture Capital program; investing in funds and directly in portfolio companies. In this role, Rosemary served on the board of many start-ups. Prior to her role in VC, Rosemary was responsible for building and leading the operations and financial reporting department at Ontario Teachers’.
She currently serves on the board of Sprott Inc., Russell Investment Corporate Class and on the investment committee of Sustainable Development Technology Corp. She has also served on the board of the Business Development Bank, the Canadian Venture Capital Association and was appointed to the Expert Panel for the Council of Canadian Academies on their study of the State of Industrial Research and Development in Canada 2013.
Rosemary is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds the Corporate Director (ICD.D) designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and has completed the Harvard Business program for management development.
